Immediately after receiving this email, please call our customer service team on 0191 270 2800 between 10am-3pm Monday to Friday and provide them with your UM number along with your cover preference. This step is crucial to ensure your request is processed before your order is shipped.

Important Note: While you can also email us at enquiries@uniquemagazines.co.uk with your cover preference, we highly recommend calling to guarantee your request is seen in time. Our email response time is within 24 hours, which might be too late.

Step 3: Relax, We’ve Got This

Once you’ve informed us of your preferred cover and received confirmation of this , our team will handle everything else. If there’s any issue fulfilling your request, we will contact you directly to offer a solution or a refund.
