Position: Customer Experience Specialist

Role at Unique Magazines: I thrive in the ever-changing environment of Unique Magazines. My daily highlights include engaging with our lovely customers, learning about their interests, and assisting them in discovering new magazines. It’s equally enriching when customers introduce me to their favourite publications. I’m dedicated to resolving any queries and ensuring that each customer receives the best possible service.

Favourite Magazines/Genres: : I have a guilty pleasure for real-life stories, often found flipping through issues of Take a Break. When it comes to fashion, magazines like Elle and Vogue are my go-to sources for the latest trends.

Hobbies and Interests: My free time is often spent outdoors, walking and exploring halls, castles, and landmarks with my husband and son. I’m a passionate, albeit slow, runner and recently completed my first 10k event in July, achieving personal bests in both the 5k and 10k distances. I love visiting quaint cafes and indulging in their sweet treats, as well as exploring charity and vintage shops. While it’s been some time, I used to find old furniture to upcycle and use in my home. Trying new food places and socializing over a few cocktails is another way I enjoy spending my time.
