Visiting Tunisia: Insights into Its Rich History, Culture, and Natural Beauty
17th April 2024Unique Interviews – Daniel Wade, Wade Construction Management Consultants
18th April 2024My adventure with this classic magazine began in 2020 as I stepped into adulthood and independent living, moving away from home to start university. Cooking, once a family activity, turned into a shared experience with my new housemates. I was eager to impress these new friends with my culinary skills. It was during one of my initial grocery runs at the local supermarket in my new city that I discovered Easy Cook magazine. This find quickly became my handy guide, helping me navigate both the kitchen and my new social circle.
Easy Cook magazine has now become my go-to source for culinary inspiration. As someone who works two jobs, it is my absolute saviour on those busy weeks when deciding what to cook feels overwhelming. The magazine thoughtfully curates its recipes to maximize the use of overlapping ingredients, ensuring nothing goes to waste. Moreover, the recipes are not only delicious but also budget-friendly, which really helps to keep grocery costs low.

While I often browse the Good Food website for recipe ideas, I find its interface a bit cumbersome at times. Having a selection of seasonal recipes from Good Food in a tangible, printed format is incredibly helpful. It’s particularly convenient to have the magazine by my side in the kitchen.
Easy Cook doesn’t just cover main dishes; it includes delightful recipes for every meal, even desserts! This month, I absolutely adored the Lemon Drizzle Sponge Pudding and the Sausage Bake, which is a gem from Mary Berry’s Complete Cookbook. It’s a treat to try out recipes crafted by some of the best in the business through the magazine. Receiving my issue in the mail each month is always a highlight, filled with anticipation and the promise of more great meals to come.
